Alarms & troubleshooting

ALM-26233 (CPRI_INTERFACE_ERROR / Optical CPRI Link Loss of Signal)
Corresponding CPRI optical port LED solid red; RF antenna downlink transmission silent
Damaged feeder fiber between BBU and tower RRU, faulty 10.1G SFP+ module, or inverted TX/RX fiber polarity
1. Log into LMT/U2000 and run `DSP CPRISTAT` to inspect interface link rate and RRU negotiation; 2. Measure optical RX power with optical meter to ensure level is within nominal -2dBm to -14dBm window; 3. Swap 10.1G CPRI SFP+ transceiver and invert/re-seat LC patch cord duplex clips.
ALM-26201 (BOARD_HARDWARE_FAULT / Baseband Coprocessor Self-Test Failure)
RUN LED off, ALM LED solid red, board perpetually reboots in BBU subrack without loading cell configs
UBBPd6 baseband ASIC memory parity check failure, BBU backplane power pin misaligned, or FPGA microcode timeout
1. Send soft reset via command: `RST BRD: SN=0, SRX=slot`; 2. Inspect boot logs; if `BBP Core Parity Error` persists, wear ESD wrist strap and reseat ejector handles firmly; 3. If ALM LED remains red, migrate radio cells to redundant carrier board and arrange on-site board replacement.
ALM-26234 (CPRI_CLOCK_OUT_OF_SYNC / CPRI Air-Interface Frame Clock Loss of Lock)
Board ACT green, but radio cells experience dropped calls alongside clock re-acquisition alarms
GPS/BDS antenna loss of lock on main control board, 1588v2 jitter, or CPRI recovered clock wander
1. Execute `DSP CLKSRC` to verify reference clock status has not degraded to `Free-Running`; 2. Inspect GNSS lightning protector and measure feeder cable VSWR (< 1.5); 3. If using PTP 1588, calibrate packet network delay asymmetry offset to lock phase.
