Alarms & troubleshooting

AC_IN_FAIL / Utility Grid Failure
Input Amber LED flashing, Master Alarm Red solid
Utility power outage, AC voltage outside tolerance (<85Vac or >300Vac), or tripped circuit breaker
1. Measure incoming AC line voltage to verify it has normalized; 2. Confirm that the input breaker on the distribution panel is closed; 3. Once AC grid recovers, the module soft-starts automatically to resume DC output.
DC_OV_LOCKOUT / DC Overvoltage Shutdown
Fault Red LED solid, module completely shut down
Internal voltage feedback loop failure, lightning surge ingress, or severe current-sharing imbalance
1. Probe DC bus voltage with a digital multimeter to rule out external spikes; 2. Open the input breaker, extract the module, wait 30s for capacitor discharge, and reinsert; 3. If overvoltage persists upon power-up, replace the internal control board.
FAN_FAIL_OTP / Fan Failure & Over-Temperature
Temp Amber LED solid, output power derated proportionally
HVAC failure in server room, clogged air intake filters, or seized ball-bearing cooling fan
1. Clean dust accumulation from front-panel intake grilles to ensure unrestricted airflow; 2. Confirm equipment room ambient temperature is maintained under 25°C; 3. Inspect fan rotor for mechanical obstruction; hot-swap replacement fan if seized.
